how to apply the hong kong visa for vietnam

dear sir/ madam,

now, I apply for my colleague Vietnam citizens for Hong Kong entry permit at PRC in Yangon, Myanmar. But PRC visa officer said " Vietnam citizens no need to apply the visa at PRC embassy. They need to check the website and how to do the visa for Hong Kong?
so, how can i do Hong Kong entry permit for Vietnam citizens.

If you go there for tourism purpose, you need to provide copy of passport, the application form affixed with a passport-style photo, proof of your financial support, transportation and accommodation arrangement, and your travel plan. Next, submit the application to the China embassy to apply for HK visit visa.
