About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

From Ürümqi (URC) on Air China to Toronto (YYZ) on Air Canada connection Beijing Capital airport T3

For domestic to international transfer, do I need to claim my luggage, go through custom inspection and exit out and check in again at Air Canada counter?
