About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

London-Tokyo-Shanghai-London

We are flying London-Tokyo-Shanghai-London but we have a stop over in Seoul flying to and from Shanghai of about 4 hours. Are we eligible for 144hour twov even though flights in and out of shanghai are both going through Seoul?

If you fly Seoul-Shanghai-Seoul then you need a visa. 144 hours transit without visa does not apply because you're not in transit.

Even though our final destination after Shanghai is London? Seoul is just where we change flights each time.

It doesn't matter where your final destination is. You need a visa or else you must change your flights.
