Chinese Visa in Tokyo

Hello! I don't have a Japanese resident card but I wish to apply for a Chinese visa while in Japan for 3 days next week. I'm applying for an X2 study. Is it possible?

I’m afraid it is rather difficult for you to get it from there because temporary visitors in Japan are usually advised to make the application in their home country.
