My international flight arrives 16.10 hrs T3, Beijing Capital Airport.

What time do I have to connect to a domestic?
I want to proceed to Shengyan . Arriving Beijing at 6.10 hrs Terminal 3. Which airline is in the same terminal and how many hours do I need to clear customs and connect
