About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Flying to Beijing then train to Hong Kong

If I fly to Beijing, stay 3 days then take the high speed train to Hong Kong, can I get 144h twov in Beijing?

Maybe you can get the 14h twov. You can contact the immigration to confirm that.
