About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Helsinki to Shanghai to Hong Kong to Helsinki

Is the free transit valid if I take the route of Helsinki to Shanghai to Hong Kong to Helsinki if I spend approx 60 hours in SH?

Its a visa waiver not a transit visa. Its ok and long as you do not land in Hong Kong on the way to Shanghai (even if just 1 hour).

Helsinki > Shanghai > Hong Kong > Helsinki is OK
Helsinki > Hong Kong > Shanghai > Hong Kong > Helsinki requires a Tourist (L) Visa
