Flying into Beijing from USA, staying for 3 nights.

Then leaving from Tianjin cruise port returning in 7 days, flying out of BJ same day. Do we apply for a 144 hour visa-free when arriving in BJ and then a 24 hour visa-free when arriving back to the port in Tianjin?
