About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Do I qualify for 144h transit in Shanghai?

Hello,

I'm a U.S. passport holder.

I will be traveling from:

U.S. --> SH (layover: 3 hts) --> Bangkok --> Hong Kong --> SH (6 days) --> U.S

Should I qualify for the 144 hr visa during the non-layover SH stay?
Can I also travel to Zhejiang while I'm in SH?
