About:China 72-hour Visa

Australians 72 hours

Are we (Australians) able to get the 72hr free transit? Flying from Sydney to Hong Kong (3 days) then to Beijing (2.5) days then back to hong kong for another 4 days before heading back to Sydney. Are we able to receive it?
