please may i know if a single 32 inches LED TV can be allowed as a check-in baggage on Turkish airline’s flight? flight will be from shanghai PVG to ACCA (accra)

Yes, it can be consigned but the extra fee will be charged and you are suggested to contact your air company in advance.
