Confirmation on TWOV

Hi I will fly in Beijin from Seul (South Korea), stay in Beijing three nights, and then leave to Hong Kong. Before of Seul I will stay in Japan 4 nights; after HK I will return to Japan. I have a return ticket to and from Tokio.

May I apply for the TWOV when landing in Beijing? As far as I undertand YES.
