Korea to Shanghai, Guangzhou to Bangkok

Hello, for a Swedish passport holder, would the 144 hours free transit cover the below schedule
Seoul to Shanghai
Shanghai to Guangzhou - 1 day
Guangzhou to Bangkok - 3 days

You need a visa or different flights. Two stops in mainland China limits you to 24 hours visa-free transit.
