About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Arriving from Singapore & transferring to air canada. Do I need to pick up and re-check my bag?

Is it an international to international transfer?
If yes, you don't need to pick up and recheck the luggage as long as the airlines have luggage check through service.
