Collecting a lost item from T3 whilst transfering

Hello, I will be transiting through the airport in 10 days, I will be flying in from Qingdao then getting a flight to New Zealand, I have 2hr 45 mins between flights. I need to collect a lost item from T3 passenger service centre. Will this be easy to find and will I have time
