About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I valid for the 72hour visa or the 144hour visa??

my flight from NZ to HK and i'm going to stay 3 days in Hong Kong, after that I'm going to fly from Hong Kong to Beijing then to Macau, I would like to stop over to Beijing to city tour, Am I valid for the 72hour or the 144hour twov? please advise. thank you

It depends how long you will be in Beijing and if its the only mainland china landing for not. If its more than one mainland landing or time in mainland china us under 24 hours you can only get 24 hour TWOW. If over 24 hours and Beijing is the only mainland landing you get 144.
