I hold a passport for 2 countries (1) Trinidad and Tobago and (2) Antigua and Barbuda

I also hold a diplomat passport for Antigua and Barbuda......I do not need to get entry permit for entry to Hong Kong for both passports as well as the diplomat passport. I want to go today to Macau for the day. Do I need to get a visa to visit for a day before I get to Macau......Will like to spend the day on the island.Please respond asap.
