About:Slender West Lake

One day overstay on F visa

Hi,
Being unaware about the expiry date, I landed on 12th March 2017 and had booked flight for returning back on 12th May (visa was for two months). I was told by immigration office that I had overstayed for one day and was given a form for signing but no fine nothing.
Is there any consequences on my next Z in 2019. If any what might be?
Probabilities of rejection. And any ban on reentry?
Please help me

In your case, you can try to apply for the work Z type after you prepare all right documents. Your one day overstay would not affect that. Good luck.
