1. Our ETA at PVG will be around 01:30,  maglev & metro is not in operation at that time right? If it is not, what is the best transportation to our hotel? or should we wait at the airport & take maglev/metro instead.2. Where can we purchase the SPTC at Pudong Airport, i mean the exact location (which level, which terminal) and how much is the card?Thank you.

Yes, the maglev and metro are not available at that time. The best transportation way is to take a taxi. Or you can stay at the airport and then take the maglev or metro at about 06:00. You can purchase the card at the maglev or metro stations at T1 and T2. You can easily find the place according to the detailed English signs at the airport. The  deposit is CNY20.
