Where to apply for a Shenzhen VOA when arriving on the high speed rail.

Where do I apply for the VOA if I travel to Shenzhen from the West Kowloon station on the high-speed rail? I am a USA citizen.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. Simply speaking, there is no visa office on the route of high speed train departing from Hong Kong West Kowloon station. You are limited to Lo Wu / Luohu, Huanggang and Shekou border crossings only. Lo Wu / Luohu is obviously the best because you can reach it by quite convenient suburban train from the center of Hong Kong. When you are over with your stay/visit to Shenzhen you can take any border crossing and any mean of transport, high speed train included. Hope this helps.
