I am Filipino but am I eligible for this if I am granted a TWOV (multiple cities) in PEK?

Travelling to New Zealand. Going there I have Paris-Beijing-Shenzhen-Auckland and return is vice versa, so I would need a visa to enter Shenzhen upon return and since they do not issue TWOV (multiple cities) what is the best thing to do? Maybe they can give 5 day VOA on the basis that I was issued temporary right to stay in Beijing?
