About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Helsinki- shanghai - Doha (to final destination Zurich)

Dear sir/madam,

I am travelling on the 26th of december to Shanghai for 6 days (aprrox 130h). arrival on 27.12.2018 at 8am and leave 01.01.2019 at 11pm. I am just visiting as a tourist and leave Shanghai straight back to europe. Am I then allowed to have the 144h free transit?

Helsinki- shanghai - Doha - anywhere qualify as long as they are non-stop flights. It they make other landings (especially other Chinese cities) visa may be required
