About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstaying in china. Hello I have overstayed in china for like 10months without visa

due to that my passport ended up finish please advise what to do

Please report the situation to the police station, and pay the fine of CNY 10,000 and accept other punishments. Then, try to apply for an exit pass.
