Hongkong business visa for Australian permanent residence

I am an Australian permanent residence and paln to go to Hongkong for a week for business trip.i am living in Sydney & working for one of big 4 banks. Where can I apply for the hongkong entry permit? And how long will it take? Do I need the bank’s guarantee letter ?
