About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Is it valid for VISA free transit Hong Kong to Shanghai to Macau

If my itinerary is like this Hong Kong to Shanghai to Macau. Is it valid for this transit entry permit ?

Hong Kong-Shanghai-Macau will be fine for applying the free transit in Shanghai if you have qualified passport.
