About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Paris - Shanghai- Amesterdam

I plan to be in Shanghai between Nov.26 and Dec.1 its less than 144hrs as I arrive at 7am ad leave 0:55 am.
as both city are in Europe, do I need a visa or I can flight from paris and return to amsterdam and enjoy the 144 twov?

France and the Netherlands are different countries. CDG-SHA-AMS does not require a visa for 144 hours in Shanghai, if those are your only stops.
