About:Shanghai Transportation

I'm travelling from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Suzhou.

I know the bus is easier but it starts only at 9am while my flight arrives early at 6am. I'm thinking it will save me time if I take the maglev to Longyang, transfer to metro to Shanghai Station and take a high speed train. Am I right that if I take the first maglev at 7am out of pudong I can reach longyang within 10 minutes, and it's a further 40 minutes to get to shanghai train station via metro? What time should I book the train to suzhou from shanghai Station? I plan to book via this site and noticed that there is a train scheduled to leave suzhou from shanghai Station at 9.17am. Is it OK to book that train?

Take the maglev at the airport to Longyang Road, and then take the metro line 2 and get off at People's Square. Then transfer to the metro line 1 and get off at SH railway station. The whole duration may take about 30 - 40 minutes.

If you set out from the airport at about 07:00, you may arrive at the railway station at about 07:30 - 07:40. And you need to reserve about 40 minutes to of through the safety check and board the train. So it is OK for you to book the train departing at 09:17.
