About:How to Buy Ticket Online

Online booking of china train ticket

Hallo, I have a plan to book china train ticket, and this is my first time. Can I book online? Because I read FAQ other apps, If the buyer for the first time buy china train ticket, they must go to railway ticket counter to buy offline in order to verified their passport first, and they can booking online in the future. Is that true?
