About:China Visa Application in USA

Problem with online VISA Application Form

Whenever I attempt to complete the online form then SAVE or SAVE AND NEXT, I get a new form with a new number. My completed page disappears. I attempt to do this many times on my personal computer as well as my iPad. Any suggestions?

I think there is a bug. And I haven't seen problems like this. Maybe there is the technical support on the site.
