About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Transfer in Beijing Capital Airport Domestic to International

Arriving Air China from Hong Kong with two hour layover and departing United to IAD Dulles will this be sufficient time to transfer domestic to international? Also, can this be accomplished without leaving T3 building ?

Yes, two hours is enough for the transfer and you don't need leave T3 and the two airlines are all at T3.
