Visa exemption rule - 144 hours in Shanghai without visa?

I'm traveling to SH and would like to use the 144 hour exemption. I have a US Passport and am traveling from USA to China. Can you please tell me if this itinerary qualifies?
11/14: depart Salt Lake City, layover in LAX, LAX to SH landing on 11/15.
11/20: depart SH and land in Seoul.
11/22: depart Seoul, layover in LAX, LAX to Salt Lake City.

Yes, you are eligible for 144 hours free visa. But remember you can only be allowed to stay in these tree areas: Shanghai, Jiangsu and Zhejiang.
