I would like to visit most attractive places in Yunnan for 7-8 days.

I'd like to visit Kunming, Dali , Lijiang, Shangri-la. What is the best time to visit these places. I was planning to go on January. Is it a good time to visit there? Please suggest me some other attractive places and best travel plan. Thank you.
