About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

I have 12 hours layover in Beijing airport before flying to Beihai.

Is there a hotel within the airport I can stay?

There is the hourly restroom at the airport.
The specific locations are:
T1: third floor at West side
T2: between the underground D2 and D3, D6 and D7
T3: T3-C second floor, west side of the arrival hall
T30E east side of the international departure hall.
