About:Chinese Embassy in Vietnam

Hi, i 'm a Filipino working here in Vietnam.

I am planning to move to China. In order for my employer to process my work visa, i need to have a medical examination. My question is. Does the Chinese embassy in Vietnam have an acccredited hospital where I can do it?
