Can i eligible  direct take ferry from HKIA to Shekou port or necessary to stay at least 1 day in HK for travelling Shenzhen .

Yes, you can. After arrival, do not enter the Hong Kong and just hand in the luggage bill to ticket counter. Then you can take the ferry from HKIA SkyPier to Shekou Port.
