About:Hainan 30-Day Visa-Free Access

Flying from Sydney into Haikou for 7 days holiday and back.

Can I obtain a POA without joining any tour, will travel by ourselves?

I'm afraid you cannot because tourists should be received by travel agency according to the regulations.
