About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hello, I am a USA passport holder traveling from Hong Kong to Beijing to USA. Am I good for a TWOV?

Yep, Hong Kong is not considered China for immigration purposes so HK > Beijing > USA is ok for transit without visa. Make sure Beijing is the only mainland Chinese city your flight lands in and you will be ok.
