i have a connecting flight in january from manila to canada. transfer at capital airport.

Do I have to collect my luggage for my connecting flight? And was it hard to go from different terminals here? From terminal 2 - 3?

If your airlines have luggage check through service, you don't need to collect the luggage. If not, you need to pick up your luggage and recheck in T3.There are many free terminal shuttle bus that operate between T2 and T3. This it won't be hard to go from different terminals.Hope helpful!
