About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Shanghai, Zhejiang, and Jiangsu

Brussels - Helsinki - Hong Kong - Shanghai - Helsinki - Brussels

Pierre from Belgium. My route is Brussels-Helsinki-Hong Kong (3days)- flight to SH (2 days)-Helsinki-Brussels. Is it Ok for the free transit in SH?
