I am Nepalese citizen currently living and working in Tokyo.
I am travelling to Nepal via Chengdu in December. I have around 23 hours transit in Chengdu.
Do I need entry permit to go outside in Chengdu?
If I need to take visa what documents are required and how much will it cost?
