144-hour free transit Question
We are booked on a cruise out of Shanghai in Sept. We were hoping to fly into Beijing spend one night do a tour the next day then get overnight train to Shanghai and spend a couple of nights there before the cruise. does the 144 hour free transit visa apply in that situation?
