shanghai to xi'an sept 30th

Question

We are trying to get 2 tickets on a sleeper train for Xi'an from Shanghai on Sept 30th.  Tickets look like they are sold out...what are our options?  Will concierge desk at hotel be able to help?

As it is the day before a 7 days holiday, the tickets sold out very quickly. If some one cancelled the ticket, you may get it, but this is only a chance. Maybe you need to consider a flight instead.
