Can Bangladeshi passport holders obtain 24 hours free entry when they travel to USA via Guangzh

I booked a flight with China Southern Airline for my next USA trip. I have 15 hours layovers in Guangzhou? Airline gives complementary hotel which is outside the airport. Can I take 24 hours free entry at the airport?

U don't need transit visa for less than 24 hrs transit.

By the way, how do u apply for the southern china airline complimentary hotel voucher?
