144h visa free transit, Do i qualify?

hi, i'll arrive in Beijing by train from Mongolia (transmongolian rail) and i want to take a fly from beijing to Italy.
Plus i got two turkey stamp on my passport for a layover and a change of airport while i was traveling to Vietnam, is it a problem? Do i need special documents during the transit?
