144 hour China exemption eligibility

I was wondering if anyone could help me I am flying in to Beijing for 3days and then going on a cruise for 12days to Japan Taiwan Hong Kong Vietnam Singapore and flying from Singapore to Bali for 5 nights and then flying back to the united kingdom will I be eligible for 144 hour China exemption visa thanks Allan from united kingdom 10/09/208
