144h visa-free transit in Guangdong

Hi, is the 144h free transit already available in Guangdong for EU citizens? If not, is it still possible to fly to Bao'an airport from Singapore and stay in Shenzhen for three days, and then fly to Taipei?

The 144h twov in Guangdong has not take effect. You should apply for a visa for the 3 days in Shenzhen.
