About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Hanoi Beijing KL

I assume this airplane route is okay? So if I arrive on the 19th I have to leave on the 25th correct? Also, I assume the reservation confirmation with the confirmed seat is okay for the exit ticket? As airlines dont generally let you check in for a flight and give you the actual ticket 6 days in advance... Only 24 hours in advance. THANKS! :

That's fine. There's no need to check in (the use of boarding passes as an illustration above is confusing, but there's no better alternative since booking confirmations are usually printed on plain paper).

As long as the print out of the confirmation contains the ticket number that is what you need. Just make sure the number is there, its 16 digits (maybe small as 14 if leading zeros are not printed, Qantas starts with 081 but may display as 81 for example). Some travel agencies have small delay from purchase to ticketing, which happened to me with expedia.hk so that's why I recommend looking for the ticket number on the print out.
