It takes about 3h. The distance between the two places is about 200km, so maybe it'd hard to find a taxi driver to take you there.
You can take a shuttle bus line 2 to Beijing South Station to take a high speed train to Tianjin Station. After arrival, you can take MTR Line 9 to Shimin Square and then take a taxi to the port. The taxi fare is about CNY 60 in day time.0
