does 144h policy apply? waw-hel-pvg-hel(or zrh)-waw

i plan on flying out of warsaw with a helsinki connection to shanghai and spend there 5 days and then flying to helsinki or zurich and then back to warsaw. is the 144h policy accurate for me or should i get a visa? thanks!
