24 twov for colombians

Question

I am Colombian and I plan to travel to New Zealand, stopping in Peking and Shanghai less than 24 hours. My question is if with the 24h TWOV it is possible to leave the airport and get to know the city. thank you very much

You are eligible for the 24h twov for this trip. But Shanghai no longer allows people with layovers for less than 24 hours to clear immigration regardless of nationality. Sometimes, people were let in when they showed their hotel booking confirmations. If you have the hotel bookings, you can have a try. In Beijing, you are allowed to leave the airport.
